Free Ephemera: Lily of the Valley

I love lily of the valley! It's my favorite flower. The scent is so wonderful and they are so pretty as well. Yes, they are invasive and can be annoying in that aspect but I'll put up with that for the week or two when they bloom and I can fill my house with their scent. (And don't get me started with the "...but they only bloom for such a short time" whiny reproach.)

Here are a couple of images from my vintage post card collection in honor of this beloved flower:

They are both pre-1923 and, therefore, in public domain. Please have fun using them for your personal projects!

In case you don't know how to get these images onto your computer:
Windows OS users: left click on the image and choose "Save image as ...", change the file name to something that makes sense to you and then save it your chosen file saving place.
Apple OS users: hold the Control key while clicking on the image and choose "Save image as ...", change file name and save to chosen file. (I believe you can also just drag the image to where you want it to go but my Mac died a couple years ago and I can't be sure.)

Free Vintage Mother's Day Ephemera

While I'm posting this for possible Mother's Day cards and projects, the Edwardian post cards can be used for other things as well. I hope you have fun using them for your personal projects.

Enjoy!

While the above post cards are in the public domain, the following two vintage cards are mid-20th century and may or may not be still under copyright. I'm posting them for enjoyment and inspiration.

Free Printables for Valentine's Day and Beyond!

These are some printables I made using images from my vintage ephemera collection. You can use them for little love notes (and not just on Valentine's Day!) or for tags, labels, place cards or whatever your imagination can think of! Since they don't have overtly Valentine's Day images, you could use them for other occasions.

Click on the images to take you to Google Docs for a downloadable PDF file.
